Mr. Ogalo has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Econ) from the State University of New York and a Master’s of Science (M.Sc. Econ.) from Rutgers University. Excellent at transitioning Business Ownership and Change Management, he has had a distinguished career in the banking, financial, and investment industry.

Charles was awarded the Paul Sigsworth recognition by the Fund Managers Association in honour of a lifetime contribution to the growth of fund management in Kenya, upholding ethical and professional standards, integrity and governance principles.

He co-founded GenAfrica Asset Managers Ltd, the largest fund manager in the region with over Ksh432 billion in assets. With a successful career in banking spanning 15+ years serving as Kenya Commercial Bank Representative in London, as the Chief Manager of International Banking, Mr. Ogalo is well versed in corporate governance having served in numerous private and public boards that include Ecobank Kenya, CDSC, Kenya Re, Sony Sugar amongst others. He is currently chairman of GA Life and a council member at the National Defense University- Kenya. A full member of ICIFA and the Institute of Directors. He plays a pivotal role as our expert in Finance and Pension management.
